Composite & uPVC Doors
Ayrshire Double Glazing supply and fit a vast range of both Composite and uPVC doors in a variety of different designs and finishes, making it easy to find the best fit for your property.
Vista Doors
Vista have invested in a colour coating facility, so can offer all of their PVCu and composite doors in a range of standard and popular Heritage colours such as Duck Egg Blue, Chartwell Green, Cream and Anthracite Grey.
Palladio Doors
Palladio doors all start as a real oak door and then the grain is lifted from the real oak door to the Palladio door giving off a natural grain finish. We have a great selection of doors to choose from that you can make unique to you.
Virtuoso Doors
Our range of Virtuoso high-quality composite doors provides the flexibility of choice with the exclusivity of style and finish. Choose from traditional coloured doors, aluminium-effect doors, contemporary and ultra-modern.
Suitable for both old and new properties, Ayrshire Double Glazing has specific requirements that can turn your home into a warmer, more valuable and safer property for a massively competitive price.

What is the difference between Composite Doors and uPVC Doors?
Composite Doors usually feature some sort of steel frame but with a timber core which is often filled up with high density foam which is held together by glue and encased in Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP). In actual fact, in the UK, it is quite common for composite doors to be certified to BS PAS 23/24 standard and to be compliant with Secured by Design, an official UK police initiative.
uPVC doors on the other hand are made by encasing an insulated steel frame in un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) to simply create a already sealed unit which still is both strong and thermally-efficient. uPVC doors do often have more of a plastic finish but to this is balanced out by their affordable price ranges and good array of design options.

Caring for your new composite door
Your new composite door is extremely low maintenance and is very easy to clean. How often will depend on where you live. For instance, a coastal or industrialised location, or near a busy road, may mean cleaning is required a little more often.
